5. UML Elements
With that background, we are finally ready to jump in and start understanding each of the elements that make up UML Class Diagrams.
Even though we are referring to them as UML Elements here, the reality is that each of these is a "Metaclass". If you remember from the previously lesson, we introduced Metaclasses. Each of these UML Elements are the Metaclasses that are used to build models and ultimately Class Diagrams. When you see "UML Element" in this course, feel free to replace it with "UML Metaclass."
For each UML Element, we hope to give a brief explanation of each element as well as examples in UML.
